The rooms are spacy, the meals have large portions, the location is ok (on the main road, which has small traffic). One evening and night was no electricity in the bathroom. The place is clean and the staff very polite, like everywhere in Bhutan.

The ambiance, the food and services are first rate. I would recommend it if you need a feel of inspiration on an evening walk with chirping birds, barking call (of a lone deer), or chattering crickets on a warm evening along Yonkola. The beautiful symphony of the evening culminates into a lively conversation of new beginnings and old traditions with a few locals pounding a wall of earth into the twilight.

A beautiful place to stop and enjoy the village life of Bhutan. Sitting on the balcony with a early morning coffee or in the evenings with a drink is magic. Fabulous views, great walks, fabulous staff, very comfortable and well fitted out rooms, make sure you stay long enough to enjoy all on offer.
